We source our fruit both locally and abroad. To ensure freshness we ship out fruit as soon as it comes in!
We will ship orders all week long but we like to ship on monday as that's when most fruit is in.
Since these are perishable products we do not accept returns. We have a Reimbursement Policy: if your fruit arrives damaged or spoiled within 24 hours of delivery, or if there’s a weight discrepancy in your order, we can give store credit or replacement depending on the situation. While we can’t confirm that all of our fruit is organic, we source from a variety of local and international growers whose farming practices may vary. We carefully choose suppliers known for their high standards, responsible growing methods, and consistently excellent produce.
Yes! Though we ship all week a lot of our fruit is in stock on monday so that's when we ship more orders. Ex. Ordering on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday is early and should ensure your spot, on the other hand if you order on Saturday or sunday your order may get pushed to the next week.
Any day of the week works! Some fruit is more limited so If you want to ensure your fruit comes sooner order earlier in the week; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
